Founded by Libby Leffler, First helps couples create enforceable prenups through a secure web platform, with independent family law attorney review available and online notarization included. Three product tiers: Self-Serve ($649), Lawyer Review ($3,500), and Bespoke (custom pricing).

First is operated by First Tech, Inc. and is not a law firm. Attorney services facilitated through First are provided by independent attorneys subject to an attorney-client agreement between each attorney and the customer.
