Amanda Ribustello

Amanda is a compassionate and skilled family law attorney who has been in family law for over 12 years, specializing in family law and special education matters. Her current practice spans New Jersey & New York state law. She is a certified mediator and has served as an Early Settlement Panelist as well as an attorney member of the New Jersey Fee Arbitration Committee.

Amanda’s family law practice includes drafting and negotiating prenuptial agreements, as well as litigating and resolving disputes over their enforcement. She also handles all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, child custody and support, equitable property division, adoption, and surrogacy.
