1 Notarization available in all states where remote online notarization is legally accepted. Successful notarization requires proper identity verification and compliance with your state's Remote Online Notarization (RON) laws. First cannot provide online notarization in states that do not accept remote online notarization, or where the state requires an in-person notary process (like Louisiana). If you're unable to complete online notarization, First will still provide you with your final prenuptial agreement, which you can take to a notary in your area.
