Deborah Hawkins

Having had a career prior to law school, Deborah brings to her practice real-world perspectives and a broad understanding of the legal field. Throughout her twenty-six years of practice, she has worked in various areas of law, including personal injury, class actions, and other civil litigation. However, family law has been the most meaningful and rewarding area of her practice, allowing her to help families and children navigate some of the most challenging circumstances that arise during significant family transitions. While Deborah does litigate family law matters through trial, she works closely with her private clients to reach fair and practical agreements when appropriate, helping them avoid the stress and costs of litigation. Deborah values working closely with her clients, taking the time to understand their individual circumstances and goals while providing thoughtful guidance and support throughout the legal process.
