Eve Helitzer

Eve is a family law attorney dedicated to helping her clients navigate the complexities of family law. By fostering pragmatic and constructive discussions, she helps clients achieve agreements that reflect their interests, goals, and needs. A former litigator, she now focuses her practice on alternative dispute resolution to help families resolve conflicts outside of court. She is committed to guiding her clients through the legal process by clarifying their interests and goals, generating tailored options, and facilitating resolutions that are sustainable for both them and their families. Prior to establishing her own practice, Eve worked at boutique matrimonial firms as well as in the matrimonial practice group of a midsize New York City law firm. She has handled high-net-worth cases involving complex asset valuation issues as well as shorter-term marriages with fewer financial entanglements. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by New York Super Lawyers magazine, and featured in The New York Times. She is an active committee member of the New York Women’s Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York.
